Papergirl is a non-profit, grassroots project consisting of local artists contributing artwork to be exhibited in galleries. The day after the big exhibit, the artwork is to be taken down and distributed by volunteers on bikes throughout the community.
The objective of Papergirl is to share art and create a bond between artists and their community, allowing folks who wouldn't necessarily own the art they just received to get a chance to experience it.
The success of Papergirl hinges upon the community's efforts. Both artists and participants, be it bicyclists, gallery owners, store owners, fans, etc., are needed. This project is run by YOU for YOU and YOUR community!
